Just 30 minutes from Brisbane, nestled in the beautiful Samford Hinterland near the famous Cedar Creek waterfalls.

After many years operating Harmony Wellness Spa in Redcliffe, I now work as a solo wellness therapist, offering a simpler and more personal style of spa experience from our outdoor spa pavilion overlooking the water. Rather than a traditional busy day spa, treatments here are intentionally relaxed, private and unhurried. Enjoy experiences including Sanctuary Magnesium Baths, massage, facials, spa body treatments and infrared sauna, with the sounds of birds, wildlife and nature all around you.

 

Cedar Creek Harmony Retreat is a small, privately run Wellness Retreat,  Spa and B&B surrounded by nature. My husband Steven and I Suzanna, welcome guests to our little piece of the hinterland, where we offer peaceful overnight stays and a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

 

I also host our small-group Wellness Retreats, bringing women together for beautiful days combining movement, relaxation, connection, nature and wellness experiences. Each retreat has its own style, from yoga and gentle movement to fitness, dance and restorative experiences. Stay a Little Longer Our B&B accommodation gives guests the opportunity to turn their visit into an overnight escape. Come simply to stay and enjoy the peace of Cedar Creek, or combine your accommodation with selected spa and wellness experiences for a truly relaxing getaway.

 

And because this is also our home, you may meet some of the other residents during your visit! Guests are welcome to ask about meeting, feeding or giving a pat to our friendly chickens and ducks for a little taste of our relaxed country lifestyle.

Please note: As I am a solo therapist, couples’ spa treatments are generally performed consecutively unless arranged otherwise prior to your visit (note an extra $80-$100 extra for a second therapist).

 

Harmony Has Moved Our Redcliffe Day Spa has now closed and Harmony has officially moved to our beautiful new home at Cedar Creek Harmony Retreat. Existing Harmony Wellness Spa gift vouchers remain redeemable at our Cedar Creek location until the expiry date shown on the voucher. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home in the hinterland.
